(PRWEB via PR Web Direct) January 29, 2006 — Rev. David Bauscher of Cambridge, NY has just published two books with Lulu.com, the world’s fastest-growing provider of print-on-demand books. The books are titled "Divine Contact- The Original New Testament Discovered" and "The Aramaic –English Peshitta Interlinear Gospels."
About "Divine Contact- The Original New Testament Discovered"
This book documents an incredible phenomenon in The Peshitta New Testament, which was written in the language of Jesus and his countrymen of 1st century Israel. Aramaic was used in Mel Gibson’s film "The Passion of the Christ" to make the film as realistic and accurate as possible. This discovery of long Gospel messages in the form of "Bible Codes" will surprise and thrill the reader with the power and inspiration of the words of the Codemaker - "God". One of these is a 191 letter code in poetic form (Hebrew & Aramaic) found via Codefinder software, by skipping 74,806 letters of NT text to find each letter of the code. This goes through the NT almost 16 times! This and other long codes and an exhaustive search for Divine Name codes give very compelling evidence that The Aramaic Peshitta NT is the Divinely authored original behind the Greek NT.
The author bases his conclusion on an extensive and exhaustive scientific experiment which searches for 95 Divine Names in Hebrew and Aramaic as hidden codes in The Peshitta text. A control Hebrew text was also searched. The codes and nine other comprehensive analysis take up 107 -11" x 17" pages! Full color is used throughout the book, with many illustrations of codes in large Hebrew letters with English translations, graphs and charts and art work.
About "The Aramaic –English Peshitta Interlinear Gospels"
This is the New Testament in the language of Jesus and his countrymen of 1st century Israel, with a word for word translation into English next to each Aramaic word. Aramaic was used in Mel Gibson’s film "The Passion of the Christ" to make the film as realistic and accurate as possible. This New Testament will surprise and thrill the reader with its power and inspiration coming from the words of "Ayshu" (“Jesus” in ancient Aramaic) as He originally spoke them and a very literal English rendering. Much evidence is presented demonstrating very powerfully that "The Peshitta Aramaic NT" is the original behind
"The Greek NT"
Full color is used throughout the book, with many graphics and even photos from Dead Sea Scrolls to illustrate an Aramaic verse and how a reading was interpreted by a Greek translating the text. The Interlinear has each verse of the Gospels in large Hebrew letters with adjacent English words in blue. There are many textual notes in each Gospel with accompanying devotional commentary in John’s Gospel for the first half of John and chapter 17. The four Gospels and translation take up over 900 pages!
Each book is currently available at www.aramaicnt.com as a downloadable PDF file for your computer, or as a CD book which is mailed to the customer in a CD jewel case with a colorfully illustrated cover.

The attack by suspected Hindus took place Saturday in the state capital Bhopal, where some 20 Christians had gathered for prayers at a missionary institution, police said. The attackers stormed the building, shouting anti-Christian slogans, and beat those at prayers with iron rods and sticks, Bhopal police chief Anant Kumar Singh said. Two were seriously injured and required hospitalization.
The Khaleej Times Online reports:
Attacks against Catholic priests and nuns are not uncommon in small towns and across rural India, with right-wing Hindu groups accusing them of altering the historic and religious makeup of India through conversions.
In 1998, the western state of Gujarat, which neighbours Madhya Pradesh, was the scene of Hindu-Christian clashes, which prompted a number of Western diplomatic missions in New Delhi to lodge protests.
In January 1999, Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two young sons were burnt alive as they slept in their jeep in the eastern state of Orissa by Hindu right-wingers who accused them of converting the local population.
Christians constitute just two percent of India’s billion-plus Hindu majority population.

A coordinated car bombs attack have exploded outside the Vatican embassy and near four churches in Iraq, killing at least three people. All car bombs went off within 20 minutes. Earlier on Sunday, at least 10 people were killed in another bomb attack outside a shop in a town south of Baghdad bringing the total to date of terrorist’s attacks against innocent civilians to 4119 since 9/11.
The BBC reports:
Churches in Iraq have been the target of previous bombings.
In August 2004, at least 12 people were killed and dozens injured in a spate of bombings in Baghdad and Mosul.
It was the first significant strike against Iraq’s estimated 800,000 Christians since the US invasion began in 2003.
Christians make up just 3% of Iraq’s 26 million people.

In his humorous Complaint to Allah, Ayesha Ahmed points out in the Islamic faith questions that need to be answered. He questions the actions of Allah and points out the discrepancies that any other non-Muslim would see a ludicrous.
By Ayesha Ahmed
Allah, you did not practice what you preached. You said, Mo is dearest to me, he is best of creation, he is the top ranked prophet, his mother tongue Arabic will be the language of heaven, he can intercede on judgment day, Oman is not complete unless he is accepted as your rasool. You, and him are mentioned together in Quran hundreds of times like you two are equal partners. You and all your angels even sent salam to him. You wrote in the Quran obey me and my apostle, love me and my apostle, follow me and my apostle, listen to me and me my apostle. You left no doubt that he was way higher than all other prophets. He led the prayer of all the prophets in the Meraj night at Jerusalem. Only he could ascend to the 7th heaven to meet you whereas even Jibraeel, the messenger, had to stay back at the 6th heaven. However I personally feel that it was more of lip service than anything else. Actions speak louder than words. You did not deliver what you promised. Let us examine what you really did for my beloved (and your beloved) Mo in comparison to what you did for other prophets.
-
You gave Noah a life of 950 years, you gave Mo only 63 years. What a shame. Even Ibn Afak, an infidel Jew lived to be 120 and died only when Mo had him assassinated.
-
You made Adam 60 cunits (30 meters) tall but you made Mo less than six feet. Even many infidel 7 feet tall basket ball players dwarf the greatest prophet
-
You made Yousuf so handsome that even his boss’s wife chased him around . As far as Mo is concerned, he was the one doing the chasing. Many women even shunned him. As a matter of fact every time he came to Juavaria, his gorgeous captured-women-turned-wife for a quickie, she would stand up and start praying namaz to avoid him (she was known to pray for hours until horny Mo had to go next door to another wife to fulfill his desire). Once he proposed to have sex with a noble woman, she refused and prayed for protection from Allah, how insulting for an apostle. Many of his marriages could not be consummated (perhaps because the young girls given in marriage by fathers probably started crying when they saw the naked old man).
-
You gave Jesus the power to make dead people live, give back parents to orphans and husbands to widows. The only power you gave Mo was to make live people dead, take away parents from children and husbands from wives which any common criminal can do.

More states are trying set in law the protection of marriage of one man and one women and banning same sex marriages.
The Virginia State Senate passed the proposal 28-11. The State House already approved of the proposal and now it will appear on the ballot in the next election.
In an article from The Christian Post:
The senate vote came one day after lawmakers gave preliminary approval to the ban on Tuesday. Virginia law already defines marriage as a union between one man and one woman, but pro-family groups and conservatives say a constitutional ban is needed for protection from being forced to recognize same-sex marriages or civil unions performed elsewhere.
And the state of Maryland is debating over a proposal for a constitutional ban on same-sex marriages.
In another article from The Christian Post:
"If a constitutional amendment is necessary to preserve marriage as it has always been defined in terms of male and female, then I fully support it," said the Rev. Daniel T. Mangrum of Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, Md. "I think it’s unfortunate that it reached a point where a constitutional amendment is necessary to verify something that is so clear and has always been the case."
The pastor stated that gay marriage was not in the same category as the civil rights issue.
"It’s a moral issue," he said. "I don’t agree with the assumption that homosexuality is something that you are born with or that is an innate quality that you have no control over. Homosexuality is a sexual choice."
So far the States that have constitutional amendments banning gay marriage total 19 and the list is growing.

From Stop The ACLU!
Convincing liberals that the ACLU is leading us down a dangerous path is about as productive as talking to a rock. Perhaps this is because I mostly deal with far left liberals who share the same insane views and have the same radical agenda as the ACLU. Anyone who believes that the ACLU is there to purely defend the Constitution is naive at best. Surely there are some moderate liberals out there that can concede that the organization is in need of reform.
A balanced society can not survive resting in the fringe. A Nation only concerned with security will drift toward a police state, and one that follows the absolutist views of liberty like the ACLU will drift toward anarchy.
The ACLU proudly display a banner that states, Keep America Safe and Free, but any honest person will admit that the ACLU have done nothing for the safety of America. As a matter of fact, all evidence leads to quite the opposite. The ACLU are always ready to put the security of America at risk in the pursuit of its absolutist views of liberty.
Many of the ACLU’s former leaders have noticed the irresponsible shifting of the ACLU away from true civil liberty protection into a much more dangerous agenda. For example take the words of this former Executive Director of the ACLU
The right to express unpopular opinions, advocate despised ideas and display graphic images is something the ACLU has steadfastly defended for all of its nearly 80-year history.
But the ACLU, a group for which I proudly worked as executive director of the Florida and Utah affiliates for more than 10 years, has developed a blind spot when it comes to defending anti-abortion protesters. The organization that once defended the right of a neo-Nazi group to demonstrate in heavily Jewish Skokie, Ill., now cheers a Portland, Ore., jury that charged a group of anti-abortion activists with $107 million in damages for expressing their views. Gushed the ACLU’s press release: “We view the jury’s verdict as a clarion call to remove violence and the threat of violence from the political debate over abortion.”
Were the anti-abortion activists on trial accused of violence? No. Did they threaten violence? Not as the ACLU or Supreme Court usually defines it, when in the context of a call for social change.
The activists posted a Web site dripping with animated blood and titled “The Nuremberg Files,” after the German city where the Nazis were tried for their crimes. Comparing abortion to Nazi atrocities, the site collected dossiers on abortion doctors, whom they called “baby butchers.” …

From Focus On The Family:
Experts say action at the local level may be the most effective defense.
A church in Oklahoma may be first to lose its property under last summer’s Kelo decision by the U.S. Supreme Court that gave communities expanded power to take property through eminent domain.
Centennial Baptist Church is located on prime real estate in Sand Springs, Okla., just outside Tulsa. Its recently built steel building is scheduled to be demolished to make way for a new Home Depot.
Oklahoma Sen. Randy Brogdon disagrees with the idea of a community taking over property with an eye on greater tax revenue.
"There is an abuse of eminent domain powers which basically means government at different levels is stepping in and taking property away from individuals," he said. "We’re seeing a manifestation of man’s heart right now, and it all stems back to one thing and that’s greed."
While federal legislation to the fix the problem has been suggested, Heather Wilhelm with Americans for Limited Government told Family News in Focus that there is a better way.
"We’ve found that it’s really effective to work on the state and local level," she said. "It’s amazing what grassroots activists can do when they’re put in touch with each other. When they put their minds to it, and real change happens on the state level, we’ve found that it often flows upward."
According to Brogdon, it’s an issue the church cannot ignore.
"If there’s ever a cause that Christians should get their arms around, it better be this one right here," he said, "because it’s taking away one of our God-given rights."

We cannot be certain that a thing is right because it is old, for Satan is old, and sin is old, and death is old, and hell is old; yet none of these things are right and desirable on that account. - C. H. Spurgeon

As Christians, we take for granted the existence of Christ. But not in an Italian court. An atheist has filed a complaint against a Catholic priest who is accused of unlawfully asserting what many people take for granted: that Jesus Christ existed.
The great accuser or the author of lies is having his day in court.
The Rev. Enrico Righi was named in a 2002 complaint filed by Luigi Cascioli after Righi wrote in a parish bulletin that Jesus did indeed exist, and that he was born of a couple named Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem and lived in Nazareth.
Cascioli, a lifelong atheist, claims that Righi violated two Italian laws by making the assertion: so-called "abuse of popular belief" in which someone fraudulently deceives people; and "impersonation" in which someone gains by attributing a false name to someone.
The Rev. Enrico Righi and many other Christian scholars believe Cascioli does not have a case against Christ’s existence. It is noted that Christ has been proved to be real by many non-Christian historians, especially many who were contemporaries of Christ.
Cascioli’s motives become clear in his statements to the press:
Cascioli says he fully recognizes that his case has a slim chance of succeeding in overwhelmingly Catholic Italy, but not because his argument is lacking.
"We aren’t optimistic — unless the Madonna makes a miracle, but I don’t think that will happen," he joked.
Cascioli says he is merely going through the necessary legal steps in Italy so he can ultimately take the matter to the European Court of Human Rights, where he intends to pursue the case against the church for "religious racism."
"I was born against Christ and God," he said. "I’m doing it (the complaint) now because I should do it before I die."
This is an overt attack on the Christian church. According to Cascioli, the belief in Jesus is the equivalent to "religious racism."
Already many Europeans believe God is dead.

Will America follow Europe’s trail?
When a society becomes more secular then Christianity, it shows degradation of morals, and other aspects of a healthy society. Europe is a good example of a society going more secular. America should take heed of the consequences.
Europe the cradle of modern Christianity with all of its fine cathedrals is quickly changing into a post-Christian society. Declining church attendance, increase of alcoholism, and beliefs in occult ideas are some of the caused attributed to the decline of Christianity. USA Today reports:
"Common wisdom has it that alcoholics outnumber practicing Christians and that more Czechs believe in UFOs than believe in God — and common wisdom may be correct," wrote Nate and Leah Seppanen Anderson in a Prague Post commentary; he’s a freelance writer, and she’s a political science professor at Wheaton College in Illinois and a specialist in Czech politics and society. Surveys show a sharp decline in church attendance and religious practice in most European countries. A series of Eurobarometer surveys since 1970 in five key countries (France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy) shows that regular church attendance fell from about 40% of the population to about half that figure. Declines were sharpest in predominantly Catholic nations.
Even the mention of Christianity and its history is taboo.
Any mention of the continent’s religious past or contributions of Christian culture — in a preface citing the sources of Europe’s distinct civilization — would be exclusionary and offensive to non-Christians, many argued. Former French president Valery Giscard d’Estaing, who presided over the process, summed up the dominant view: "Europeans live in a purely secular political system, where religion does not play an important role."
And the demographics are also destroying Europe.
Among the consequences of Europe’s abandonment of its religious roots and the moral code that derives therefrom is a plunge in its birth rates to below the replacement level. Abortion, birth control, acceptance of gay marriage and casual sex are driving the trend. Europe is "committing demographic suicide, systematically depopulating itself," according to Weigel.
Hence immigration of non-Christians is encouraged to help replenish the dwindling work force and at thr same time changing the face of Europe for the worse as freedom of religion an other society ills take over.
Is this what is in store for America?
